Yoga appeared in my life 12 years ago. And since then, was always part of it. With every transition or change in life, in any place, in any language or in any context I discovered that yoga is found within me.
With a big desire of deepen my own understanding of yoga, last year I completed a 200-hrs yoga training at Yogaloft Düsseldorf.
Yoga gives me energy, helps me to clear my head and be present in the moment. Through its movement, breathing and relaxation I am able to find myself.
This Vinyasa-flow based is an active and dynamic yoga session. Here you will find the combination and balance of movement, breathing and relaxation. You will warm up your body for the active flow sequence to then enjoy the restorative and relaxing part. The focus relies on synchronized-breathing, with the aim to connect your body and mind, wich I often call moving-meditation.
This class will help you build strenght, flexibility, balance and focus. Remeber that ist only you, who knows and set your process, limits and needs. Come and meet yourself in the mat, I’m looking forward to see your there!
